How to send a copyright notice
Email contact@skprovince.com with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include the following:
- Your full name and contact details, including an email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact web address (URL) of the page on our site that you say contains the infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review each complete notice. If the notice is valid, we may remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who published it. We may share your notice with that person, so please include only information you are comfortable sharing.
Counter-notice
If you believe we removed material by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. Include your contact details, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your signature.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, we may limit or remove content from people who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly sending a false notice can have legal consequences. If you are not sure whether something infringes your rights, consider speaking to a lawyer first.
Note about names and trademarks
